To ensure a tranquil environment we ask that cell phones are turned off and are not used in the spa. Cell phones are NOT allowed in the spa.

We recommend scheduling appointments for facial or body treatments. However, we can accommodate all other services without advance notice.

We suggest that clients arrive 15 minutes prior for facial and body treatments. This allows adequate time for clients to check in and change without interrupting the reserved time for treatment.

We require 24 hours notice for any changes or cancellations.

*Please note that for appointments of one hour or more we require a credit card to reserve your appointment. In the event that 24 hours notice is not given 50% of the service will be charged to the card.

If more than 15 minutes late you are considered a no show, and we have the ability to take another client.

If more than 15 minutes late you must forfeit one of your services.

Clients must be 18 years or older to receive treatments in the spa. Clients under age 18 who wish to receive treatment may do so with parental consent.

Please inform us of any health conditions or allergies so that we can make the appropriate modifications for your well being.

A robe, spa wrap and slippers will be provided as well as disposable undergarments. If you prefer to fully disrobe for a body treatment, our staff is professionally trained in proper draping techniques to ensure your privacy and comfort.

Gratuities are appreciated and are to be made at the clients's discretion. A 20% gratuity is customary.

There are no cash refunds. Refunds are credit only.

All returned checks are subject to a $25.00 fee for each time returned. In additon, are subject to any collection/legal fee's to collect outstanding the debt.
